Is this the way to treat simple buddhist monks?

This horrorific scene is repeated continuously in Tibet. Monks are taken like cows, treated like beasts and have to run in their proper homeland. Surely soon i will be near preparing my 3years 3 months retreat in a cave or wherever anybody help me to do it and i will get the chance to shake hands with many of my brothers and sisters there.
