Tibetans and supporters worldwide are holding vigils, protests and prayer ceremonies today to mark Losar, the Tibetan New Year, and in solidarity with the widespread civil disobedience campaign by Tibetans inside Tibet who have canceled traditional Losar celebrations to mourn those killed and imprisoned by Chinese forces in the past year.
